Great product, great customer service

"The first batch of these claimed to have been delivered by the USPS 2 weeks before they actually arrived. In the interim, I contacted The Longhairs customer service to let them know. They sent me an entirely new order sight unseen. Turns out the original order arrived 3 days later, and I mistook it for the new order. Imagine my surprise when the NEW order showed up shortly after that. So now I'm the proud owner of 32 Longhair hair tie backs, 8 of which are the Night Trippers design. I love that I'm able to swap up the designs for what I'm doing. I wore the Polynesian design ones to a Tiki show, the Night Trippers for dive instruction, and the black ones for every day use. I've been incredibly pleased with them. Thanks to the crew at Longhairs for helping, I would definitely recommend them to the curly, thick haired crowd."
