Shipping policy

Our goal is to get your order out within 48 hours of when it is placed, Monday through Friday. Weekend orders are fulfilled first thing on Monday. 

Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of your package, the distance from our warehouse in San Diego, CA, and the shipping method you choose.

Standard ground rates in the U.S. typically start around $5.00 USD. International rates may vary widely, but generally start around $15 USD.

Shipping rates are quoted directly from each carrier. We do not mark up shipping costs or charge a handling fee.

U.S. orders normally arrive within 3-5 business days, while international orders range from 10-30 business days. We’re always working to improve this, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates once they’re in the hands of the carrier.
