Subscription, Pre-Order & Promotional Purchase Policy

Some products offered through The Longhairs may be available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or promotional offers (including free or discounted subscription periods). This policy explains how these purchases work and how you can manage them.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.

By completing your purchase, you authorize The Longhairs (or our subscription provider) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the disclosed price and frequency until you cancel.

Payment details are stored securely and charged for each delivery unless otherwise stated.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account or by using the link provided in your subscription confirmation email. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Promotional or Free Subscriptions

Some promotions may include a free or discounted subscription period that converts to a paid subscription at the end of the promotional term. Conversion pricing, renewal frequency, and cancellation instructions are disclosed at the time of offer and in post-purchase communications. You may cancel at any time before conversion to avoid future charges.

Failed Payments & Price Changes

If a subscription payment cannot be processed, fulfillment may be paused until payment details are updated. Subscription prices may change from time to time with notice as required by law.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not yet in inventory or available for immediate shipment. We may collect full payment, partial payment, or store your payment method to charge at a later fulfillment date.

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once fulfilled, the order is subject to our Returns Policy.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds for subscriptions and pre-orders are governed by our Returns Policy.
