When I started looking for hair ties online, I must have read 15 reviews on “the best hair ties” where none of the “authors” even tested the damn hair ties! Therefore I took it upon myself to conduct my own review.

Imagine doing something every single week for 500 weeks. Like going to work, haha, so it’s kinda like that…but different.

My longhair saga began in the 1970s when my parents met. ‘Ole Steve was 22 with a beard and long hair, so long that people called him Jesus. He wore a super long ponytail or braid all the time, but that was normal for the 70s. Anyway he managed to hook my mom with that long hair, maybe it was a sign I’d be a longhair

Over the last two weeks we’ve been moving into our new HQ in Barrio Logan. Moving day was beset with obstacles, which El Moreno fumed about in a legendary rant.

For the last year we’ve known we needed to move into a bigger space. The 800 square feet we’ve been working under has served us well for several years. Rent was affordable, the space was workable and we were able to squeeze every last inch out of it. We might have just stayed if we knew what would happen on moving day.

Hair ties designs used to be one of those taboo topics guys didn’t talk about. It remained unspoken, but every guy with long hair has had questions—along with opinions, preferences, and even downright convictions.
