I don't understand the hype...

"I don't understand how these are better than ties from the drug store. Being flat they are more difficult to snug up, the print cannot really be seen when it's tied. Maybe they will last longer, but the elastic used is nothing special and I imagine it will yield it's rebound over time. Shopping from Canada I feel a little ripped off."
