El Sicario is the Operations Manager for The Longhairs. He first started his hair journey in 2018 and donated 23 inches at The Great cut 2024. He has authored several blog posts, most notably his Subtle Art of Being a Good Dude series. El Sicario is also the team “beard guy” and has been featured in several blogs and videos on proper beard care.
