Have you ever waited for days for a response to your customer service inquiry, even for something as simple as, "where is my order?"

No one I know loves waiting, though sometimes it can be worth it. I eat plenty of delicious burritos here in Southern California, many from nearby neighborhood treasure, Nico’s. I typically call ahead, and it’s yummy, hot fun when I arrive.

Considering my father started experiencing male pattern baldness by age 30, I figured eventually I would start losing my hair. However, I didn’t imagine it would be hair loss from alopecia.

“Hair Daddy” is my clever way of saying, the person who made you want to grow long hair. A lot of us longhairs have someone who inspired or influenced us to grow our locks. It might have been a close friend, family, or even a coach, or a person you grew it out with. Each one has a story.

Yo longhairs! Opening Day is upon us and that can only mean it’s time for walk-off grand slams, fans in the stands, and stacked squads with big plans.

“...we might need to clean this up,” it might be time to trim your neck hair and sideburns.

I had a man in my Facebook group tell me his hair gets greasy 24-36 hours after shampooing, and that he had to wash his hair every day or it would get too greasy. But is daily washing really the solution to greasy hair? Or is there something more going on?

Silicones can be found in shampoos, conditioners, leave-in conditioners, hair serums and masks because of their effectiveness at getting rid of frizz. Silicones are a stronger, organic/inorganic version of hair oil, though much more effective.
